Returns and refunds
Every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you to your original payment method, normally within 5 business days of the return arriving.
An opened jar still qualifies. You do not need to return the product unopened or in its original packaging, and there is no restocking fee.
We pay return shipping. We email you a prepaid label — you never pay to send anything back.
To start a return, email info@tbn.systems with your order number. We reply with a prepaid label and the return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive the label, as unlabelled parcels cannot be matched to your order.

Subscriptions
Your subscription renews automatically at $89.99 USD every month until you cancel. Each payment covers one 30-day supply, shipped to your address. Shipping within the United States is included. Sales tax is added at checkout where applicable, based on your delivery address.
Cancel any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future charges. If you cancel after an order has already been dispatched, that order is still covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
We will tell you in advance, by email, before any change to the price or the billing period, so that you can cancel before it takes effect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email info@tbn.systems and we will make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
What is not covered
Refunds are not available on orders placed more than 30 days ago, and we cannot accept returns of items that were not bought from TBN.
